Kasliwal Housewares Private Limited, established in 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kasliwal Projects Ltd., is a strategic step towards strengthening our manufacturing backbone. With a clear focus on backward integration, the unit is being set up to develop high-precision tools, dies, and sub-assemblies in-house. This move is designed to improve cost efficiency, reduce dependency on external suppliers, and give us tighter control over production timelines and component quality ultimately raising the bar for every product we make.

The company is also leading the expansion into electrical kitchen appliances with a greenfield manufacturing facility coming up in Wada, near Mumbai. Spread across 6 acres in a government-approved D-zone, the project is eligible for up to 60% investment subsidy, giving us a strong operational advantage. The new plant will support the production of electric cooktops, kettles, sandwich toasters, and more marking a bold step into the future of modern, reliable kitchen solutions.
