We successfully acquired Smidge Home Products Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic player in the stainless-steel bottle manufacturing space. Established in 2020 during the COVID era, Smidge emerged with a sharp focus on the rapidly growing demand for high-quality, sustainable steel bottles. With this strategic acquisition, we expanded our capabilities in the bottling segment, strengthening our portfolio with innovative, durable, and eco-conscious hydration solutions
Acquired the brand "TRUPTI" to strengthen presence in general trade and institutional segments, especially with the CSD and naval canteens.
Kasliwal Housewares Private Limited, established in 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Kasliwal Projects Ltd., is a strategic step towards strengthening our manufacturing backbone. With a clear focus on backward integration, the unit is being set up to develop high-precision tools, dies, and sub-assemblies in-house. This move is designed to improve cost efficiency, reduce dependency on external suppliers, and give us tighter control over production timelines
