Smidge Home Products Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2020 during the COVID era with a sharp focus on the growing stainless-steel bottle segment. The company operates under joint ownership, with KPL holding a 50% stake and active control by our promoters, Mr. Nitish Jain and Mr. Anish Jain. Smidge produces a wide range of high-quality bottles marketed under unique names like Breezer, Mountain, Wave, Adventure, and Gripper.

Smidge has played a pivotal role in helping the group scale its reach with major retailers, catering exclusively to DMart (D-HOME), Reliance (Home One), Cello, and ROXX. The post-COVID surge in demand, combined with the “Make in India” initiative and import restrictions from China, has accelerated Smidge’s growth positioning it on a robust double-digit growth trajectory and making it a key pillar in our expansion story.
